rezora is a digital marketing platform that helps marketing teams and sales agents work together. We are a remote company with an optional office in Boulder, Colorado. Your primary responsibility will be Customer Support – helping customers with their questions, making sure they are getting the most out of rezora, and educating them on new and upcoming features.

You have:

  • Some experience with customer education and support or customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to articulate technical responses in a way customers can easily understand. This role requires live chatting and typing emails with a positive and educational tone.
  • Initiative and resourcefulness to solve problems with diligence and persistence. Many customer issues are interesting, entangled techy puzzles and will take a little detective work to figure out. We are looking for a dauntless soul to go forward with research until you find the solution!
  • You will be on a computer all day determining our user’s computer / technical questions. You will become a rezora pro. We’ll get you up to speed on all of the specifics. But, you should have a general understanding of basic computer programs, browsers, and email.
  • Creativity and positivity. You are passionate about helping others and are motivated to work on a project to help rezora customers work on their digital marketing campaigns.
